derob critic4: portable gets even more portable

i dont know when, but youll be seeing me playing with this.

still the same gb advance platform, but…. is smaller, interchangeable faceplates, better

screen(despite its size), mas portable. mas masaya… anyway, check nyo nalang ung website,

search nyo nalang.

but why this instead of psp or gameboy ds? well imo aside from being cheaper, dis one’s got attitude (may faceplates eh, lalo na ung mukang joystick), Since it still use the same advance platform hindi ko na prob ang cartridge, ang daming mahihiraman.  Yes, psp and gb ds is far more advanced and superior(graphics, music player, photo, etc) sa micro pero hindi ko maeenjoy sa daan ang kalupitan ng mga laro sa psp, mabibitin lang ako, id rather buy a ps2/ps3 console than a psp(ang mamahal ng bala eh, unless mei pirated baka magbago isip ko), the psp is very fragile and not that portable it can’t even fit in a pocket.  GB micro, classic fun, think of mappy and pooyan.

derob drama 6: This time, the dinosaur escaped extinction

…..One theory (and the most famous) why dinosaurs became extinct was the sudden change of the earth’s climate caused  by a comet collision (or whatever heavenlybody). This change greatly affected the dino’s food thus ending my species’ reign.  I was a survivor and still in search for others here on our planet. rawr

Nov. 9, my birthday, and i have no time for it because of other things to do: I have to renew my driver’s license, go to 3d class in the morning and attend review class in the evening.  I didnt have time to reply "thank you’s" on the text greetings ive received coz i dont even have the time to buy myself a load.  I have to reschedule the parties ive promised to you my friends, but not this weekend because im going to celebrate it with my family. 

And what a way to end a birthday.  Actually, it was already around 1:30am (Nov.10), parking my car, when suddenly -despite the foggy night sky, bright glare from the lamp posts, and my sleepy eyes- a ball of light clearly just streaked across the windshield.  No doubt it was a shooting star, so ive made a wish.  outside standing, i looked up again and checked if there was a scheduled meteor shower on our hemisphere.  Ive waited for another one to fall but it seems there’s no more, so indeed it was special and worth wishing for.  I walked back home, hoping this time my wish would come true.  Who needs b-day candles? :) 

….i was spared from extinction…. the falling object wasnt big enough that it just vanished into our rough atmosphere.

derob critic 3: derob invades SM VALENZUELA “cute SM”

Oo nakakatamad talagang gumawa ng blog, pero hindi ko palalampasin na hindi gawan itong araw na ito. …

haha!!! nakapasok na ako sa SM Valenzuela!!!
Pumunta kasi kami ni master Arch. Ed at kasama si Wilson para i check ung site para sa gagawing branch ng Konica.  Bihis pako ng polo, magsusukat pala kami, tuloy baho namin.  Anyway hindi naman ganun ka interesado kung idedetail ko pa ang nangyari, maliban sa "power to the people" feeling sa unang pagpasok namin(dami kasi gumagawa, nirurush na kasi ung SM for OCT. 28, i think). As of this blog, pinopolish na nila ung hallway.  May mga halos gawa nang mga stalls like mossimo, hangten, great image, pizza hut, national bookstore to name a few.

Ang masasabi ko lang… isa siyang "cute na SM" maliit kasi. No comment on its design both exterior and interior, its the usual current design theme of SM.

Here are some important details:

- walang Dept store, ok kaya siya SM "supercenter" (ata) at hindi "city"

- 4 cinemas sa 3rd level, i think maliit lang ito lyk in SM Marilao

- foodcourt is also on the 3rd level, which is good, para hindi lang popcorns at hotdogs ang option mong ibaon sa movie haus, hehe.  maliit lang ito kasing laki halos nung food choices sa Gateway Cubao.

- walang "atrium" sa mga hallways, which is obvious, coz itll eat up space for stall and circulation. Pero meron sa both wings/ends, pabilog ito, think of SM Manila, diba sa magkabilang dulo lang ang butas? at larger atrium malamang gaganapin sa baba ang mga "bigtime shows gaya ni aprilboy, masculados at cueshet (nyahaha!)"

- pero merong "Hypermart" puregold-type supermarket, kaya expect na meron ditong damit, sapatos, cabinets,etc. aside from the ussual goods. At nasa 2nd floor ito! kinain kasi ng lower parking  ung  ground area.

- wala akong details sa parking kasi sa admin ako nag park. Pero mukang sa likod ung customer parking area.

- wala rin atang basement, bahain kasi Valenzuela, pero di ko pa sure. baka meron pero not for public.

….wala na ako maisip.  Eto lang ang masasabi ko, kahit patay na mall days (weekdays) punong puno ito ng mga taga Fatima (no-offense), yes malamang kasama sa target market ng kanilang(SM peeps) study ito, pero kasama rin kaya ang mga tambay? Ang liit ng SM eh! pero what the heck, kasama rin ako sa tatambay dito, diba Ron, Tang at ‘Meng. Lalakad lang tayo!!!

DEROB DRAMA 5: “balahibong puso”

hindi ko kinaya talaga, mga mag 10pm na ata, kanina lang, asa A.Bonifacio corner Mauban St. sa qc. pauwi nako.  Naka pula pa ang stoplight so nkahinto kami, asa harap ko isang bus(papunta cguro sa Baguio). Naghihintay lahat kaming mga sasakyan ng berde para makausad na at makarating sa pinaroroonan.  Ang laki ng Bus, hindi ko na maalala ung pangalan ng bus, bagong modelo ito, kagaya ng mga bus ng Farinas, RRCG at G.liner……Nag BERDE na!!! pero hindi naman kami lahat nagmamadali, wala naman trapik eh, ang lakas ng kasi ng ulan kaninang hapon, binaha ang kamaynilaan.  Kaka-go palang at sa hindi malamang dahilan bigla ako napatingin sa ilalim ng bus…..Gustong kumawala ng isang pusa sa "pagkakaipit ng ibabang kalahati" ng kanyang katawan sa dobleng naglalakihang gulong ng bus.  Nadaanan ang tumatawid na pusa ng bus nung biglang nag go ang stoplight.  Panandalian lang ang pangyayari, bilog ang gulong, dali naman agad nakawala ang pusa…..tumatakbo gamit ang dalawang paa sa harap, hatak-hatak ang mistulang patay niyang kalahati.  Nagulat nga ako at buo pa ung kalahati niya, kadalasan maiisip natin na dapat labas bituka kapag nasagasaan ng sasakyan lalo nat napakalaki at bigat nito.  Pero maaaring durog o napisa na ang mga lamangloob na naapektuhan, natatakpan nalang siguro ng kanyang balat.  Mabilis ang pangyayari, gumilid siya sa island ng highway, at akoy umabante rin kaagad dala ang mabigat na pagiisip at konsensiya. Hindi ko kinaya at binalikan ko ang lugar ng pangyayari, nag u-turn ako.  Binagalan ko ang pagmamaneho para makita kung kamusta na ang pusa.  Nasagasaan na kaya siya ng tuluyan? kasi baka tumawid ulit siya pabalik hatak ang kalahati niya, o di kaya’y nasagasaan dahil sa kakalupasay sa sakit niyang nararamdaman.  Nag bright ako ng headlights kasi ang dilim na at para makita ko ung pusa(kung saan man siya) kaagad.  Nakita ko siya, nakaupo sa gilid ng island(mataas kasi ung island), ung upo niya ay upo na parang galing sa pagkakahiga ba.  Pero dahil nakasaksi ako sa nangyari, alam ko ung nakahilatang part niya ay hindi na gumagalaw.  Nakapikit siya, maaaring nasisilaw sa ilaw ko, pero napaka kalmado ng kanyang itsura, parang wala siyang nararamdaman na sakit, parang siyang may iniisip, iniisip siguro niya ang kanyang buhay pagkatapos ng nangyari sa kanya.  Wala ako magawa, wala sa balak ko na hintuan siya, talagang dinaanan ko lang.  Nahahati ang loob ko, parang gusto kunin at ipagamot, kaso baka malapit narin siya matuluyan, at wala ako pera para dalin ko sha sa vet sa malabon, wala rin magaalaga sa bahay, mei pasok ako.  Sobrang awang-awa ako, halos mangiyak-ngiyak ako.  Sana may pound na dito din kaso hindi pa priority ng qc yan.  Sana hindi ganon kakritikal at makarecover na lang siya.  Aksidente ang pangyayari, hindi pwedeng masisi ang bus, hindi niya ito tanaw.  Hindi ko masisi ang pusa, ano malay niya sa stoplight, and besides, pusang gala. hanggang ngayong nakakunot parin ang ulo ko at iniisip ung nangyari, tinotopak nanaman bako? awang awa talaga ako…

DEROB DRAMA 4: ‘Noodles and Church”

kumakain ako ng instant mami(with egg) habang tina-type ko itong post na ito.  tapos bigla ako nasamid habang kinakain ung noodles, napaubo ako, tuloy nailuwa ko ung noodles pabalik sa mangkok.  kadiri, bumubula pa, tapos tinuloy ko ung pag ubo ko, at kumain ulit ako ng noodles. Nakalimutan ko na andun din ung niluwa ko. Pero ok lang, wala pang 5 mins.

Waaaah!!! ang dami ko nang oras!!! pero bakit hindi parin ako makagawa ng design studies ng simbahan!!!!! labo ko.   Anyway, bago mag drawing, paka senti muna ako:
